The
special room rates are only available if reservations are
made through the Convention Secretariat either electronically
on the online registration form or with the enclosed Registration
Form. If any registered participants to the convention desire
to extend their Holidays to the island, the same special
room rates will be in effect. The Hotel management, in order
to avoid any over-bookings after the convention ends, requires
that the reservations be done with pre-registration, otherwise
rooms will be offered upon availability.
To
secure accommodation of your choice, your registration form
should be submitted as early as possible. Prices include
accommodation, buffet breakfast, hotel service charge and
VAT. All reservations after February 15, 2005, are subject
to availability.
A
hotel deposit of CY £80,00 must be paid in advance
together with the Convention fees. The hotel deposit will
be deducted from the total cost of accommodation. The remaining
hotel payment will be charged at the hotel during the Convention.
The hotel deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is
made after the 15th of April 2005. Cancellations and changes
to reservations should be made in writing by e-mail, telefax
or airmail.

The official language of the conference is English.
CPD
Points
Approval by the College of Chiropractors
for 21 CPD points.
Liability and insurance
The organizers will not assume any responsibility for damage
or injury to persons or property during the Convention.
Participants are recommended to arrange
for their personal travel and health insurance.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 15% administrative charge on cancellations received
on or before February 25, a 50% charge on cancellations between
February 26 and March 31, and no refunds will be given for
cancellations received on or after April 1, 2005. Reimbursement
will not be given for late arrivals
